it comes to the psychology of leadership and creativity there are few people who I find more insightful and inspiring than Simon Sinek. We recently came across a new video of his called ‘Millennials in the Workplace’ that is easily the best collection of insights and observations we’ve heard around this new generation. They are widely discussed, catered to and even vilified for the way they behave and approach life. It is something I have personally struggled with as I see that they approach creativity, leadership and their careers in vastly different ways than we have ever seen before and we see them struggling to find success because of those things.
This video as a really insightful look at why they are the way they are and maps out why they struggle with their transition into the corporate world and what we can do to help them.

I’m impressed, I have to admit. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both equally educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is an issue that too few folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy I came across this in my hunt for something concerning this.
