AMAIDI International gGmbH thus promotes social and individual development through knowledge transfer between the private, business and non-profit worlds. With project partners, volunteers and employees in more than 50 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, Central and South America, AMAIDI is one of the leading providers of volunteer (hands-on) and pro bono (skilled-based volunteering) services worldwide. AMAIDI is a nonprofit, non-denominational and politically neutral organization.
Its clients include private individuals (of all ages, denominations, skin colours, sex), universities and companies who want to get involved locally, online or anywhere in the world. As well as project partners who need “helping hands” and “knowledge donations” for the implementation of their projects in addition to monetary and material donations.
For this purpose, opportunities for use in non-profit organizations (NPOs) worldwide are systematically brought together in a tailor-made way. Private individuals and employees of socially committed companies thus have the opportunity to work for a limited period in a non-profit company and effectively do good with their skills.
Our projects range from the organisation of a summer party at an NPO in the region to the preparation of a marketing plan for an elephant camp in India. The assignment depends on the skills, aptitude and professional training of the volunteers.

Tanja Siebert is the CEO of the non-profit-organization AMAIDI since 2014. AMAIDI provides social organizations access to individual and corporate volunteer resources in more than 50 countries. Prior she worked for decades in various senior management positions at leading companies worldwide. Her specialties include strategic business development, IT, M&A, marketing, global account-, project- and sustainable business management. Her solid experience in setting-up and lead cross border teams/organizations as well as her passion for technology enables her to always “hit the ground running” quickly.
