When it comes to the psychology of leadership and creativity there are few people who I find more insightful and inspiring than Simon Sinek. We recently came across a new video of his called ‘Millennials in the Workplace’ that is easily the best collection of insights and observations we’ve heard around this new generation. They are widely discussed, catered to and even vilified for the way they behave and approach life. It is something I have personally struggled with as I see that they approach creativity, leadership and their careers in vastly different ways than we have ever seen before and we see them struggling to find success because of those things.
