1. Was ist zurzeit die größte Herausforderung für Ihr Unternehmen.<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Flexibel auf die sich ständig ändernden Herausforderungen zu reagieren. Zum Glück bin ich in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen aufgestellt. Unsere Ferienhausvermietung leidet durch Corona und hier kann ich leider nur bedingt agieren. Im Bereich Coworking hat es zu Beginn der Krise ebenfalls einen Einbruch gegeben, hier konnte ich aber zum Glück durch geeignete Maßnahmen gegensteuern.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. In Bezug auf des Thema Digitalisierung?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Zum Glück war ich schon zu Beginn der Corona-Krise digital schon ganz gut aufgestellt. Aufgrund der neuen Anforderungen habe ich aber nochmal den Status in Frage gestellt und es haben sich sehr schnell Potenziale für die weitere Digitalisierung gezeigt. Durch eine digitale Ergänzung unseres Angebotes konnte ich am Ende im Bereich Coworking in 2020 ein weiteres Wachstum erzielen und ein weiteres Wachstum für 2021 ist jetzt schon durch neue Verträge in Sicht.<\/p>\n

3. In Bezug auf das Thema Soziales Engagement?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Im Bereich soziales Engagement hat sich nicht viel geändert. Ich unterstütze nach wie vor gemeinnützige Organisation mit unseren Räumlichkeiten und heute zusätzlich auch mit der Nutzung unserer kostenfreien digitalen Angebote. <\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Welche Chancen sehen Sie?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Ich bin überzeugt, dass unser Bereich Ferienhausvermietung in Zukunft stärker wird, da in näherer Zukunft mehr Urlauber Abstand vom Massentourismus nehmen.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Unser Coworking-Angebot erlebt jetzt schon eine Stärkung, da ich mit meinem Angebot außerhalb der Großstadt bin. Viele Firmen und Menschen haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass sowohl das zentrale Büro, wie auch das Home Office nicht nur Vorteile bietet. Mit unserem Coworking-Angebot bieten wir eine flexible und professionelle Arbeitsumgebung in der Nähe des Wohnorts. So können sowohl die klassischen Probleme des Home Office, wie auch der Stau zum zentralen Büro mit den entsprechenden Fahrzeiten vermieden werden. Gleichzeitig bekommen unsere Mitglieder durch die Community ein kreatives Umfeld für ihre Arbeit.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. Welche Lösungsansätze haben Sie für Ihre Herausforderungen gefunden oder gibt es ein Best Practice Beispiel, woran sich andere orientieren könnten?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Erweiterung unser Angebotes um zusätzliche digitale Angebote, wie z.B. kostenfreie Videoräume, Team-Angebote, hybride Veranstaltungen, etc. Ich habe mein Angebot im Softwarebereich erweitert und biete heute, das komplette Know How und die Technologie inkl. unsere Marke Coworking4You an Franchisenehmer an und konnte so unser Geschäftsfeld erweitern. Ich erlebe eine stärkere regionale Ausrichtung und den Wunsch nach mehr Flexibilität bei unseren Kunden. Zusammen mit meinen Franchisepartnern arbeite ich deshalb genau an diesen Anforderungen.<\/p>\n

6. Welche Wünsche haben Sie oder anderes gefragt: was fehlt Ihnen ganz konkret in unserer Region (von der Verwaltung\/ Politik, Gesellschaft, anderen Institutionen, Unternehmen), um Ihre Ziele zu erreichen?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Ich wünsche mir, das wir in Politik und Gesellschaft weniger darüber nachdenken, wie wir wieder zu unserem normalen (alten) Leben zurück finden. Die Diskussion sollte sich viel stärker damit beschäftigen, wie wir die (neue) Zukunft gestalten wollen<\/strong>. Es nützt nach meiner Überzeugung nicht nur auf die aktuelle Situation zu reagieren. Wir müssen schon heute eine Vision für das neue Leben entwickeln.  Und hier ist nicht nur die Politik oder andere Institutionen gefordert, hier sind wir alle als Gesellschaft gefordert.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

7.  Kann die Digitalisierung und das Soziales Engagement zur Verbesserung Ihrer Lage helfen? Wenn ja, wie?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Ich glaube, nur mit mehr Digitalisierung wird die Zukunft besser funktionieren. Hier geht es aber nicht nur um Technik. Ich erlebe in meinem Umfeld immer wieder, das Digitalisierung als Herausforderung verstanden wird, aber nicht als eine Möglichkeit das tägliche Leben zu vereinfachen. D.h. nicht wir sollten wir für die Technik da sein, sondern diese für uns.<\/p>\n

Soziales Engagement geht bei uns im Coworking Space schon innerhalb unserer Community los. Wir helfen uns untereinander und ein Ziel ist es, das Know How unserer Coworker:innen auch in der Region verfügbar zu stellen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
