Abgesehen davon nat\u00fcrlich, das sie sich um die Kinder k\u00fcmmern musste. Aber jetzt verstehe ich es.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>In Ghana ist noch vieles so wie fr\u00fcher<\/h3>\n<p>Denn hier in Ghana ist noch vieles so wie fr\u00fcher, und hier wird der Zeit drastisch hinterhergehangen. So wird hier noch alles \u00fcber dem Feuer gekocht. Einbauk\u00fcchen gibt es nicht. Alles wird auf dem Boden zu bereitet. Und alles ist unter freien Himmel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wenn ich aus meinem Zimmer raus gehe,<\/strong> 2 Meter in den Hof rein und dann nach links durch die T\u00fcr komme ich in den Kochbereich. Hier wird den ganzen Tag gekocht. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich die Wasserstelle, mit Wasserhahn. Ehrlich gesagt wei\u00df ich nicht ob es Leitungswasser oder Regenwasser ist. Denn das Regenwasser wird hier in gro\u00dfen Tonnen aufgefangen und konserviert. Mit dem Regenwasser wird alles gemacht. F\u00fcr das alte schmutzige Wasser gibt es einen Abfluss. Auf die Kohle kommen die T\u00f6pfe. Gro\u00dfe T\u00f6pfe. Die Frauen, die kochen, sitzen auf kleinen Schemeln. Gem\u00fcse wird in der Hand geschnitten. Hauptbestandteil des Essens sind eigentlich immer Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Mangold, Lauch, Karotten, Chili, Ei, Ingwer, Knoblauch und Paprika. Diese werden als So\u00dfe serviert. Und diese So\u00dfen sind immer so unglaublich scharf! Mit der Zeit geht es inzwischen einiger Ma\u00dfen. Aber mir l\u00e4uft immer die Nase! Richtig beruhigend ist es, wenn mir vor dem Essen gesagt wird das ich mir VIEL trinken mitbringen sollte. Das hei\u00dft so viel wie:\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Leo, du wirst gleich was sch\u00f6n Scharfes bekommen.&#8221;<\/strong> Das nette L\u00e4cheln, das mir dann zu geworfen wird, wenn ich meinen Teller bekomme, macht es dann selten besser. Aber was soll ich tun, ich liebe das Essen hier! Es schmeckt einfach unheimlich lecker! Neben der So\u00dfe werden Kartoffeln, Yum (eine Wurzelart), Nudeln oder Reis aufgetischt. Als Fleisch gibt es meistens H\u00fchnchen oder Fisch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Einmal glaube ich auch Ziegen Hoden gegessen zu haben&#8230; eine sehr kuriose Situation.<\/h3>\n<p>Ich komme nach der Arbeit nach Hause und gehe in den Kochbereich um &#8220;Hallo&#8221; zusagen. Als ich in den Kochbereich betrete, sehe ich wie die Queen-Mother h\u00f6chstpers\u00f6nlich am Grill sitzt. (Die Queen-Mother ist hier die h\u00f6chste Person, glaube ich. Ich hab noch nicht ganz den \u00dcberblick gefunden, wie die famili\u00e4ren Zusammenh\u00e4nge sind. Sobald ich mehr wei\u00df, werde ich dar\u00fcber berichten.) Auf dem Grill liegen einfach ein Ziegenkopf, Ziegenhoden und zwei Beinchen. Meinen Gesichtsausdruck k\u00f6nnt ihr euch sicher vorstellen. Danach beim Essen wurde mir zwar gesagt, dass ich H\u00fchnchen Fleisch gegessen habe. Wie gesagt das Essen wird drau\u00dfen zu bereitet, auf dem Boden und \u00fcberall sind Fliegen. Und jeder wei\u00df, dass sich Fliegen gerne \u00fcberall drauf setzen. Das Gem\u00fcse und der Fisch wird bei Kindern gekauft, die den ganzen Tag den Fisch auf dem Kopf durch die Gegend tragen. In der Sonne. Ohne K\u00fchlung und ohne Abdeckung. Aber egal. Es schmeckt super. Und mein Bauch macht es auch mit! J Okay &#8230; abgesehen von den drei Tagen &#8220;Running Stomach&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><!-- Row Backgrounds --><div class=\"upb_color\" data-bg-override=\"0\" data-bg-color=\"#f3f1ed\" data-fadeout=\"\" data-fadeout-percentage=\"30\" data-parallax-content=\"\" data-parallax-content-sense=\"30\" data-row-effect-mobile-disable=\"true\" data-img-parallax-mobile-disable=\"true\" data-rtl=\"false\"  data-custom-vc-row=\"\"  data-vc=\"8.7.2\"  data-is_old_vc=\"\"  data-theme-support=\"\"   data-overlay=\"false\" data-overlay-color=\"\" data-overlay-pattern=\"\" data-overlay-pattern-opacity=\"\" data-overlay-pattern-size=\"\"    ><\/div><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Gegessen wird hier mit der rechten Hand.<\/h3>\n<p>Nur mit der rechten Hand! Die linke Hand ist f\u00fcr andere Sachen da. <em>(F\u00fcr alle die es nicht wissen: Die linke Hand ist die unreine Hand, denn sie dient als Toilettenpapier!)<\/em> Es ist ziemlich schwierig nur mit einer Hand zu essen, wenn man das \u00fcberhaupt nicht gewohnt ist. F\u00fcr alle anderen ist es ziemlich witzig.\u00a0Hier wird alles mit der rechten Hand gemacht. Wenn man es mit der linken Hand macht wird das als Beleidigung angesehen. Z.B. Wenn ich jemanden was gebe oder wenn ich auf wen zeige.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry<\/strong> (ein anderer Obruni den ich hier kennengelernt habe)<strong> ist zu allem \u00dcbel noch Linksh\u00e4nder.<\/strong> Er konnte das scharfe Essen genau so wenig gut essen wie ich. Aber ihm beim Essen zuzusehen war einfach ein Bild f\u00fcr die G\u00f6tter. Immer in Versuchung die linke Hand zu benutzen. Die Ungeschicklichkeit mit der rechten Hand und die vor sch\u00e4rfe aus den H\u00f6hlen springenden Augen, waren einfach zu viel f\u00fcr mich. Ich bin vor Lachen fast zusammen gebrochen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Vor dem Essen werden sich nat\u00fcrlich die H\u00e4nde gewaschen.<\/h3>\n<p>Die Leute hier machen das nur mit normalem Wasser. Oftmals gibt es hier keine Seife oder nur Seifenwasser. Ich hab mir eigene Seife gekauft. Essen nehme ich dann vor meinem Raum ein. Auf einem Plastikstuhl und einem kleinen Tisch. Und um mich herum immer irgendwelche Kinder. Ich hab mich inzwischen dran gew\u00f6hnt, dass mich alle einmal ber\u00fchren wollen und einfach stehen bleiben um den &#8220;Obruni&#8221; anzusehen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei dem ganzen Gerede \u00fcber Essen, knurrt mir der Magen. Ich freue mich schon auf meine Mahlzeit gleich&#8230; Obwohl immer ein bisschen Angst dabei ist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><!-- Row Backgrounds --><div
