About the organization

The Dr. Jürgen Rembold Foundation for the Promotion of Civic Engagement is a non-profit foundation established in 2011 by Dr. Jürgen Rembold and based in Rösrath, North Rhine-Westphalia.
The foundation promotes projects and initiatives that initiate and support civic engagement and thus action oriented toward the common good in a wide variety of areas, such as art and culture, education and upbringing, youth and assistance for the elderly, science and research, and environmental protection and nature conservation.

We are looking for…

… a committed person who voluntarily compiles and, if necessary, creates contributions and press releases of the foundation as well as edits photos in order to publish them independently via the foundation’s channels.

Specifically, this involves postings on Facebook and Instagram, texts for the newsletter – including compiling the messages and sending them via the newsletter program MailChimp.

A good command of the language, a quick wit and a confident handling of social media and newsletter tools are highly desirable.

Of course, the foundation will provide training and support.

A significant part of the work can be done from the home office.

Specifically, this involves researching interesting potential project partners, initiating contacts by e-mail and telephone, acquisition discussions, and documenting the work. Communicative talent as well as pleasure in research are necessary. A regular consultation/exchange with the board of the foundation is planned.

A significant part of the activities can be performed from the home office.
