AMAIDI Volunteering in India

AMAIDI Volunteering in India is a young organization that helps international volunteers and interns to find an organization in India that needs them. In the past 4 years AMAIDI has facilitated nearly 3000 volunteers and interns in the age-group of 15-70 years of age. Most of them choose a children-related project or projects focusing on women development and micro-finance. In January 2010 AMAIDI founded the AMAIDI Foundation, focusing on starting its own projects, supporting projects of its partners and enabling volunteers to stay in touch with their project organization through financial support.

AMAIDI started in July 2006.
